Blessing Bag

Sewin' Sisters makes a personal care bag. We create a drawstring bag, roughly 6" by 8", and we fill it with hotel sized toiletries--usually soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner. We are sometimes fortunate to add a few more items--trial size tissues, deodorant, toothpaste, etc. Because we already do this, the project below really caught my eye:

The plastic resealable bag, while not as sturdy as a cloth bag, is certainly more waterproof. Also, putting individual sized foods in the bags is a great idea. Granted, the bags we have made and donated are more for specific needs, where food will be given to the recipient additionally. Yet, for some of the ministries to which we donate, small food items are ideal.
