From May 2006 through January 2011, Sewin' Sisters Sowing has donated 19,255 hand made items for 57 different Harrisburg Area Charities. The charities tell us what they need, and we design and make the items for them. Here are some of the charities we have sewn for and how many pieces we've donated to them:
Light House Ministries: 3,015

Salvation Army: 9,843
Swatara Township National Night Out Educational Event: 256
YWCA: 384
We thank God for the opportunity to serve Him with our talents. And we thank our community for donating all the fabric and notions necessary to do this job. We thank the couple who provided for a storage unit for our supplies. We thank you for your continued support and prayers!
