Communion at Trinity United Methodist Church in Hummelstown

We were so happy to perform the communion ceremony at Sue's church last Tuesday for the United Methodist Women. It was an interactive experience where we truly followed Jesus' teaching to "do this in remembrance of me." We shared how important knowing Jesus is in our lives, what He has done for us, and what we've learned. The informal set up was designed to give us a "family" feeling. We ate yummy snacks and beverages in place of the traditional bread and wine. It was a meaningful, lively, and fun way to celebrate and remember Jesus, and a great way to meet 32 warm and wonderful women.
